When you take the time to get to know each one of our staff members you will learn that they love what they do. The first person you are more than likely to see when you come into our office is the receptionist. She is a happy person that is there to answer the phone as well as any question you may have about the dentist, the procedures offered, or even the other staff members. She is very knowledgeable and updated in all that goes on in the office. She will check you in when you come for your regular dental appointment. Without our receptionist, our office would be in total chaos.
The next members of the staff you'll see are most likely the ones that will be cleaning your teeth. Or in other words, are the oral hygienists. They are constantly going from room to room helping each patient the best way they possibly can. A dentist would have a very hard time helping everyone who makes a dental appointment without them. Thankfully our dentist has help. Without the help of a great staff in Springfield, our dentist and his office would not be a functional place. Take the time to get to know each staff member as well as the dentist. As you do, you will feel so much better about those working on your teeth.
